Greetings in the name of Jesus!

I am glad to the chance to report on how things are going in the CCCV. The year 2001 has been full of God's blessing for us.

First of all I would like to thank all the people who are helping and praying for the church in Vladivostok to grow and go ahead in Jesus. It is such a great blessing for us to have you as our brothers and sisters and supporters.

God has tremendously blessed us in this year. We were praying a lot for an opportunely to really influence on people we meet. It is so hard to work without seeing changed lives and other fruits that church must produce for Jesus. Praise be to God we have many new people and testimonies of God's work in their lives. I would like to thank you again because God is blessing us through you and lets us to do this work.

Now according to the list we have about 40 people in the church and 20-25 who come to every meeting.

In April 15th another 14 people were baptized in water. It was the first time we had it by ourselves without any help. Praise be to God it worked. Pictures available in our photo album. Available in Russian also.

Beginning from 29th of April we had to change our meeting place once more and now we meet in a really blessed please. It is an office of Russian bible society in Vladivostok. We have got a room about 80 sq/m it is big enough to accommodate 50-70 people. They just finished renewal and invited us to have meetings in their place. The rent price is 1000 rub for 8 meetings per month. It is about 35$ which is quite cheap for the downtown. We have bought 14 new chairs and now can let 30 people seat. No problems at all. It is miracle because for last year we had to change place we meet many times. Mainly because of the law against religious organizations, sometimes because people who live close to the place we meet are afraid of extremism. Our neighbors did not let us to have meetings in our flat because of this.

We have many praises to God because He is really working in our lives and the life of the church by building up new services giving anointing to people to do His work. Worship team it is one of the things God gave us. We have worship leader, musician, and singers and can come to God's presence and worship Him with new songs.

A few weeks ago we had a visitor from Calvary Chapel in Yakima Tony Magana. God gave us a great service and many people were able to come, we had about 50 people and many of them got saved. We have got addresses and can start visiting them soon.

Next week we are starting a bible study group for one sick family on Wednesdays to help them to study God's word. A couple of people from the church will be attending them and prepare study.

On Fridays we are planning to start a prayer service in an other place in Second River region. To let all people from the church to come and also people from other churches can join. We pray for prayer leader a man who can take responsibility to prepare and pray for the service.

We were able to send 4 people from the church to a conference at the end of May in other city. God gave us a great blessing and exited to do His work more diligently. There were about 1000 people from All Far-East, like a great army. It is great encouragement to see God's people and hear what is going on in other cities. It also helped to make new contacts with Russian churches.

On the way there we visited Calvary Chapel Church in Khabarovsk and were able to get to know Pastor Sergey and the church. I believe God will give us more time for fellowship so we could help each other in service to Jesus.

We have got some youth saved and attending the services but are not yet able to provide some special events for them and sometimes it is not that exiting to see them recreating in computer clubs and spending time in vain. I do not know what we can do in this stage but believe God can do something.

Also we need children's ministry and a leader for this work.

Two people from Khabarovsk are planning to move to Vladivostok and join the team here. One lady and her brother. She has got a job in Vladivostok and would like to be available for the ministry. Please pray that God use it for the church and His glory.

Church need's projector and some musician equipment please pray for provision and opportunity to buy these things.
